HPUSA IS NOT:
- A mortgage lender, mortgage broker, or loan originator. HPUSA does not originate, fund, underwrite, or service any mortgage loan.
- A provider of financial advice, legal advice, credit counseling (as a regulated activity), or tax advice. Nothing on this Site or in our Services constitutes financial, legal, or credit advice.
- A credit repair organization.
- Licensed as a real estate broker or agent in any state solely by virtue of operating this Site and these Services.

HPUSA does not verify the information you provide at the time of initial inquiry.
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or qualifications
- Use the Site or Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or Services
- Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Site for commercial purposes without HPUSA’s prior written consent
- Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law, including fair housing or consumer protection laws

You represent and warrant that all information you submit is accurate, complete, and current, and that you have the right to submit such information.
7. Third-Party Partners
As a matchmaking and referral service, HPUSA may connect you with third-party rent-to-own program providers, mortgage partners, real estate professionals, and similar service providers ("Partners"). These Partners are independent businesses, not employees or agents of HPUSA. HPUSA does not control, supervise, or guarantee the services, terms, availability, or conduct of any Partner.
Any contract or engagement between you and a Partner is a separate agreement to which HPUSA is not a party. HPUSA is not responsible for the services, representations, acts, omissions, advice, errors, or terms of any third-party Partner. You should review any Partner’s own terms, disclosures, and qualifications before engaging their services.
8. Intellectual Property
